The move this week allows a pair of friends to meet outdoors socially, recreationally or for exercise. This also applies to people who are part of the same bubble or who live in a household. Meeting indoors is illegal.
On March 29 the restrictions will ease further, enabling groups of six to meet outside. The ban on meeting indoors will remain.
Derbyshire has many beautiful places to explore, offering plenty of scope for those wanting to picnic. If you do eat alfresco, make sure you take your litter home.
