Rock climber comes face to face with rescuers
Earlier this year, members of Edale Mountain Rescue Team helped rescue the climber after a fall at Stanage Edge had left him with a serious open fracture to one of his legs. He was later flown by air ambulance to hospital and underwent surgery to repair the damage.
At the recent Sheffield Adventure Film Festival, Johnny came face to face with members of the team when he dropped by the Edale stand, along with another well-known mountaineer, Jamie Andrew.
